Ask The Rabbi - 11/6/2017

My son is currently employed in my husband’s firm. My son’s background has not been stellar. He flunked out of the first year of a not very competitive school and had to take qualifying exams for our industry many times to pass. Consequently, he has been working at the family firm for 2 years and most of the time wasn’t able to do anything truly helpful. He spent much of his time surfing the internet because there wasn’t any work my husband could give him to do besides administrative work which my son felt beneath him to do. What should my husband and I do?
